Please read these terms carefully before using 35bd2. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below.
Introduction and Scope of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 35bd2 online gaming platform, including the website at https://35bd2.club and any associated mobile-optimised interface (collectively, the "Platform"). 35bd2 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting service targeting adult players in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 35bd2 (the "Operator"). If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules attached to individual games, promotions, or bonus offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
Key Terms Defined
"Platform"
Refers collectively to the 35bd2 website (https://35bd2.club), its mobile-optimised interface, all game verticals, the sports betting section, and any associated services operated by 35bd2.
"Player" / "You"
Any natural person who has registered an account on the Platform and is using 35bd2 for gaming or sports betting purposes. Players must be 21 years of age or older and located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
"Funds" / "Balance"
The total amount of real-money credit held in your 35bd2 account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Funds include both deposited amounts and any bonus credit that has met the applicable rollover requirement.
"Bonus"
Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or cashback offer awarded to a Player by 35bd2 subject to the rollover and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses are not redeemable as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
Eligibility and Registration Requirements
To open and maintain an account on the 35bd2 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. 35bd2 enforces this requirement strictly and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Providing false information about your age is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must register using your own true and accurate personal details. All information provided — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be current, complete, and accurate.
- You may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 35bd2 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register applicable to the Platform and must not have previously had an account closed for a violation of these Terms.
- You must ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using 35bd2 is permitted under the laws applicable to you.
35bd2 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the time period specified by 35bd2 may result in suspension of account access and/or withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Account Security, Password, and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 35bd2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account details, whether caused by your own action, inaction, or by a third party who obtains access to your credentials.
Prohibited Account Uses
Your 35bd2 account is for your personal use only. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or operate your account on behalf of any other person. Any wagering activity conducted on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility.
Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 35bd2 will process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met their rollover requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
Account Closure by 35bd2
35bd2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, where KYC verification cannot be completed, or where required to do so by applicable law. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, 35bd2 may withhold the account balance pending investigation and may forfeit that balance if the investigation confirms a breach.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
35bd2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice; please check the Platform for the current list.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 35bd2 will not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 35bd2 in the order received and subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. 35bd2 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into an account before processing a withdrawal. Any taxes or charges levied by your payment provider on a withdrawal transaction are your sole responsibility.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
35bd2 offers bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated alongside the individual offer:
- All bonuses are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered.
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance of your account and may not be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirement is satisfied. Wagers placed from the bonus balance count towards the rollover at the rate specified in the offer terms.
- 35bd2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to change the terms of a future bonus offer at any time, and to cancel or forfeit any bonus that has been obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method. Players who open multiple accounts in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all such accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.
- Bonuses expire if the rollover requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the offer. On expiry, the bonus balance and any winnings generated exclusively from the bonus balance will be forfeited.
35bd2 may, at its discretion, offer reload bonuses, cashback promotions, seasonal offers (including Eid, BPL season, and ICC tournament promotions), and VIP rewards to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms stated alongside the individual offer.
Responsible Gaming Commitments
35bd2 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available at no cost and can be activated by contacting support at [email protected].
Self-Exclusion
Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, the account cannot be used for wagering.
Time-Out
A short-term break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be activated on request. No wagers may be placed during an active time-out period.
Deposit Limits
Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set on request. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
Age Verification
35bd2 enforces strict 21+ age verification at registration and may request documentary proof at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately.
Prohibited Conduct and Grounds for Account Closure
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bd2 Platform. 35bd2 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit any associated balance where any of the following is detected or reasonably suspected:
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
- Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
- Colluding with other Players, using automated betting software (bots), or engaging in any form of matched betting or arbitrage strategy designed to guarantee profits irrespective of outcome.
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. 35bd2 will report any suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.
35bd2 reserves the right to void any bet or game round and withhold any associated winnings where it determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that an irregularity has occurred. This includes but is not limited to cases involving obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or game provider technical faults.
Limitation of Liability
35bd2 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35bd2 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 35bd2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall 35bd2 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 35bd2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 35bd2's total aggregate liability to any Player under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the 35bd2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of 35bd2 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 35bd2.
Amendments to These Terms
35bd2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 35bd2 will provide reasonable notice to Players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with a Player's account. The amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account as described in the Account Rules section above.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of 35bd2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to 35bd2's operations. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection law.
